Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive the best possible experience. Due to the delicate nature of clothing and jewelry, and to maintain strict quality and hygiene standards, all sales are final and not eligible for refunds.

We understand that sizing can occasionally be a concern. Therefore, we offer exchanges strictly for size issues only, under the following conditions: customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with their order number and a clear explanation of the sizing concern. For approval, customers are required to provide an unboxing video and/or photos showing the condition of the item at the time of opening. The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, unworn, and must include all tags, accessories, and original packaging. If these conditions are not met, the exchange request will be denied.

Once the return is approved, the buyer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us within the instructed timeframe. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process the exchange for the same product in a different size, subject to availability. If the requested size is not available, a store credit valid for future purchases may be issued. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including situations involving change of mind, dislike of product color, or differences in screen display brightness, as minor variations in color may occur based on lighting and device settings.

Please note that jewelry and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene considerations. Custom-sized orders, altered garments, sale items, and promotional purchases also cannot be exchanged. Mannat Boutique reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the product shows signs of wear or damage, or if the return request does not meet the criteria stated above.
